Sleep Apnea. Yay.
Last Sunday I went through my sleep study… finally.
Due to my agoraphobic nature I had canceled it three times before. After getting diagnosed with COPD however, my physician assured me she would let me die if I did not take this seriously.
Needless to say, I took it seriously.
